We use cookies
Innozhero/Öresundskraft’s website uses cookies. According to the Electronic Communications Act, everyone who visits a website with cookies must have access to information that the website contains cookies and the purpose of their use. The visitor must also have the opportunity to consent to cookies being stored on the computer, which can be done through settings in the visitor’s browser.

Which cookies are used?
Innozhero/Öresundskraft’s website contains two different types of cookies.

Persistent cookies
A persistent cookie remains on the visitor’s computer until it is deleted. It is used, for example, to customize a website according to the visitor’s preferences, choices and interests.

Session cookies
These are temporary cookies that are only stored temporarily and disappear when the visitor closes their browser.

Why do we use cookies?
We use cookies that send us information about the visitor for three main purposes:

For web analytics
For example, to obtain information on how visitors interact with the website.

To improve the customer experience
For example, to create personalized offers and enable different services and features. The type of cookies described above are called first-party cookies, which means that the cookie has the same domain name sender as the website, i.e. we at Innozhero/Öresundskraft  are the sender. In addition to these cookies, we also use third-party cookies which means that our partners set their cookies on our domain innozhero.com.

Third party cookies
Innozhero/Öresundskraft cooperates with several actors who set their third-party cookies on innozhero.com. Information collected from these cookies can be shared with Innozhero but also used for other purposes. This is controlled by each actor who is responsible for and delivers it.

Google Analytics
Used to generate statistics on traffic and traffic sources on websites and to measure conversion and sales.

Matomo Analytics
Matomo Analytics collects anonymous statistics about visitors, such as page views, clicks, and device type, to improve the website’s functionality and user experience.

LinkedIn
The LinkedIn Insight tag is a third-party cookie used to measure and optimize the impact of advertising via LinkedIn. The cookie collects data about users’ behavior after they click on a LinkedIn ad. The data collected includes information about IP address, browser and how the user acts on the website. This information enables the creation of custom audiences which we can use to target ads and messages to those who have visited our website. The targeted advertising can be adapted to the user’s interest and can take place both on LinkedIn’s platforms and on other websites.

How do I opt out of cookies?
If you do not accept cookies, you can configure your browser so that cookie files are not downloaded to your computer. This will disable all cookies. However, temporary cookies are necessary to be able to navigate the Innozhero/Öresundskraft website. The website will not function as intended if temporary cookies are not accepted.
