What regulates the processing of personal data?
The EU Regulation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679) regulates how we can process your personal data.
The principle of openness
Innozhero/Öresundskraft is also subject to the principle of openness, which means that in some cases we are required by law to disclose public documents. Information that you provide to us that is part of a public document, such as e-mail, may therefore be disclosed. A confidentiality assessment can be made in accordance with Chapter 21, Section 7 of the Public Access and Secrecy Act (2009:400) to assess whether it can be assumed that the information or disclosure will be processed in violation of data protection legislation.

Any information that can be linked to an individual can be considered personal data. So-called indirect data such as user IDs, IP numbers, phone numbers, photos, videos and recorded conversations can also be considered personal data.

Processing of personal data is any operation performed on personal data, whether or not by automatic means. You can assume that anything done with personal data on a computer counts as processing. Collection is a processing operation, recording is a processing operation, printing is a processing operation, etc. Not only IT systems and databases are considered processing operations, but also individual documents containing personal data are considered processing operations.
What data do we process about you?
Innozhero/Öresundskraft processes and registers personal data that you provide to us. All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation. We do not sell your data to third parties. No personal data is transferred to third part country.

You have the right to receive information about what personal data is held about you in Innozhero/Öresundskraft’s operations. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given. You withdraw your consent by sending an email to info@ccs-oresundskraft.se. Our processing will then cease from the date that your withdrawal is received and registered with us. Under data protection legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal data with the Swedish Data Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority for personal data processing.
